Dubbed the 'kings of street food' by The Independent, chefs and authors Nud Dudhia and Chris Whitney have gone from selling tacos from a 'shack' in a Hackney car park to becoming regulars at two food markets and having a fixed restaurant.
Following their success with their spot at Shoreditch food mecca Dinerama, the pair, who own Breddos Tacos, released a book of 75 recipes for tacos and condiments - aptly titled Breddos Tacos: The Cookbook - in August 2016 and they are now set to open a new restaurant in London’s Clerkenwell later this year.
