At only 19, London-born Oliver Charles has already proven he is a photographer to watch.

Currently studying digital photography at Ravensbourne College, Charles was recently honoured with Flickr’s ’20 Under 20’ Award - a prize celebrating the most talented young photographers under 20. Inspired by artists including Sally Mann and Annie Leibovitz, his style is predominantly self-portraiture mixed with digital-manipulation to combine natural and fantastical elements. A big lover of fairytales, the artist likes to add a note of surrealism to his images in order to create dream-like scenarios. His vision has already captured the attention of the art world beyond the UK - with an exhibition in New York under his belt, he is now growing his portfolio with campaigns from clients including couture house Ralph & Russo.
