Executive chef at Jamie Oliver's Barbecoa and St Ermin's Hotel's Caxton Grill, Hus Vedat has earned his chef’s whites by working at some of London’s most well-respected restaurants.
Growing up in a north London butcher's shop, Vedat is known for using interesting cuts of meat and smoking elements of his dishes to push flavour boundaries. Starting off in Firmdale hotels, Vedat moved up the ladder and is now Chef Director at mangal and raki restaurant Yosma in Marylebone, London, which opened earlier this year.
