American singer and actress Hilary Duff has signed with Scooter Braun's management company, joining clients including Justin Bieber, Carly Rae Jespen and Kanye West.
Duff is currently starring in the third season of TV drama Younger and released her fifth studio album Breathe In. Breathe Out. in 2015.
