Ten year old Tom Sweet is on the path to stardom after he was spotted by casting agents in 2014 while playing football in London Fields.

Despite having no training or experience, Sweet's acting debut in the psychological horror story The Childhood of A Leader, released in the UK August 19, has already earned him critical acclaim since it was first presented at last year's Venice International Film Festival. The film, which stars Robert Pattinson, Game of Thrones' Liam Cunningham and Oscar-nominated actress Bérénice Bejo, is loosely based on Jean-Paul Sartre's short story and examines the childhood of a fictional fascist leader during the First World War. The young actor has since made another film, World War II drama Ashes in The Snow, and has signed with the Curtis Brown agency.
