British novelist Natasha Pulley released her debut novel The Watchmaker of Filigree Street last year to critical acclaim, described as 'immensely pleasurable reading' by the New York Times and 'charming and quietly profound' by the Guardian.

Throughout 2016 the book, which is set in 1883 and follows the adventures of Thaniel Steepleton after he finds a gold pocket watch on his pillow, has been gathering steam through word of mouth and rave reviews from readers. Its recent paperback release is sure to put Cambridge based Pulley, who studied at both Oxford University and UEA, on the map as one of Britain's most exciting and accomplished young writers.
