Croydon based rapper Nadia Rose, whose father was a dancehall and jungle MC, immersed herself in an eclectic range of music from a young age and began writing her own lyrics at 13.

Now 22, Rose is becoming renowned for her lyrical craft and charismatic performances. Following a small selection of track releases including DFWT, Mufasa and Boom, she's gained coverage on SBTV, MTV and MOBO and has been described by NME Magazine as one this generations 'game-changers'. After she signed a record deal with Relentless Records / Sony Music last month, Rose also caught the attention of US R&B singer Alicia Keys who invited her to perform at her intimate gig at The Village Underground in Shoreditch. This summer will see Rose perform at a number of festivals including Glastonbury, Wireless, Ready & Leeds and Boomtown.
