TV presenter and fashion designer Coleen Rooney has teamed up with Sure Compressed, the 'smaller, smarter can that lasts as long the big can', helping to advise UK women how to 'fit it all in'.

Rooney was named as the working mum women most admire in a survey by the brand, with 42% of women thinking she was the best at 'successfully juggling her personal interests alongside a family and a career'. Rooney commented 'The most important thing for me is learning how to manage my time effectively. I think that is the key to living a happy, productive and exciting life. You don't necessarily have to be a superwoman to fit it all in, we can all pull it off it we organise ourselves in the right way!'.
