Nutrition coach Joe Wicks, also known as The Body Coach, has been announced as an ambassador for Rays of Sunshine, a children's charity which grants wishes for seriously ill children aged three to 18, across the UK.

As well as granting wishes, Wicks and his team at The Body Coach have also pledged to take on a range of challenges to raise funds for the charity to help grant wishes. Wicks commented 'It's a real privilege to become an ambassador for Rays of Sunshine. The work the charity does to put a smile on the face of seriously ill children is invaluable and I hope that I will be able to help them continue to do fantastic work'.
