Former head chef at London’s acclaimed Smoking Goat and sous chef at much-loved Peckham Thai restaurant The Begging Bowl, Seb Holmes has certainly earned his chef whites.

Kicking off his career in the kitchen at the age of 12, the 26 year old has gone from strength to strength. This spring, he opened his first pop-up Thai street-feed concept, Farang, and also designed products and dishes for edible insect seller EatGrub, as well as recipes for their cookbook. Now Holmes is set to continue working on his pop-up and supperclubs, but reveals 'something big' is in the works for this summer.
