With his vibrant and distinctive style, New York-based street artist Bradley Theodore is carving an enviable reputation for himself in his native country.
Using the streets as his canvas, Theodore explores fashion and popular culture by transforming fashion industry figures into colourful skeleton works painted on public walls. His now trademark Día de Muertos-esque versions of Anna Wintour, Karl Lagerfeld, Tom Ford and models Cara Delevingne, Kate Moss, Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid quickly stirred interest among big brands Moët, Jordan Brand, RMK and Kent & Curwen, all of whom have used Theodore for campaigns. His work has not escaped the notice of his high profile subjects either - with Moss, Delevingne and Wintour all owning pieces. Theodore's circle of enthusiasts is now set to grow as he presents his first solo UK exhibition, Son of the Soil, from April 28 to May 28.
