US singer Mariah Carey has signed with Baker Winokur Ryder Public Relations (BWR) for publicity representation.
The news comes after Carey appointed Chris Chambers at The Chamber Group to handle her publicity last year, following her split from Cindi Berger of PMK*BNC, who she had worked with for over 15 years.
