Former TOWIE star Sam Faiers and TV presenter Rylan Clark-Neal have teamed up with Crohn's & Colitis UK to support the charity's WALK IT campaign, a nationwide walks programme uniting the country to raise awareness and vital funds for Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), a condition that impacts over 300,000 people in the UK.

The initiative invites everyone to walk either 5km or 10km to show their support in the fight against Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis, the two main forms of IBD. Faiers commented 'Being diagnosed with Crohn's completely changed my life. I wanted to celebrate the launch of WALK IT for Crohn's & Colitis UK to help further awareness, and raise vital funds to help those living with IBD'.
