TV chef duo The Hairy Bikers - Si King and The Estate Of Dave Myers - are supporting Public Health England's campaign One You by featuring in a video, encouraging adults to make small changes to improve their health by taking the new online health quiz, How Are You.

The new initiative aims to help adults to 'move more, eat well, drink less and be smoke free', and also provides information on how people can reduce their stress levels and sleep better.
