Celebrities including Anne-Marie Duff, Rachel Stevens, Nadiya Hussain, Cerys Matthews and Caroline Quentin have joined forces with WaterAid to pose for a set of portraits raising awareness of the millions of mothers around the world who lose their babies to infections caused by a lack of safe water, in support of the charity's Deliver Life appeal.

Duff commented 'As a mum myself, the thought of having to go through labour, to give birth, to bring my child into the world in an environment where there's no fresh or clean water is terrifying'. Kelly Hoppen, Natasha Corrett, Sharron Davies, Michelle Dewberry and Adele Silva also support the initiative.
