Northern Irish TV and radio presenter Gloria Hunniford is the latest celebrity to support dementia charity Lost Chord, which provides vital interactive musical sessions for people living with dementia in care homes and day centres.

Hunniford has joined the growing number of people, including the charity's patrons Lesley Garrett, Dame Vera Lynn and Sir Cliff Richard, spreading the word about the work of Lost Chord and its professional musicians, by including a feature on the work of the charity when she was guest editor of the latest edition of lifestyle magazine At Home.
