The Vampire Diaries star Ian Somerhalder has joined forces with The Humane Society of the United States and Humane Society International to star in a new public service announcement to stop dogfighting all over the world.
In the video, Somerhalder comments 'People love animals, and it's that shared value that (shows that) malicious cruelty towards these creatures is just wrong'.
