Oscar-winning Australian actress Cate Blanchett has teamed up with UNHCR, the UN Refugee Agency to support the charity's appeal for the refugee crisis in Europe.

Blanchett, who appears in a video urging the public to donate, says 'Please join me in giving to UNHCR's appeal for the refugee crisis in Europe. There are thousands of families all over Europe in desperate need of our care and support. Anything you can give, no matter how small, will help'.
