Chelsea FC has announced Plan International as its new global charity partner for the next three years.

The club is to work with the charity to 'reach new supporters and work with groups of young people who are traditionally difficult to engage', and also develop a football-themed programme, Champions of Change, aimed at engaging young people in Colombia with an ambition to establish more sport-based programmes around the world.
