Ed Sheeran and Coldplay have joined forces with H&M to design exclusive t-shirts for the Global Citizen Festival, taking place September 26 in New York, in support of the movement to 'end inequality, ensure environmental stability and to end extreme poverty by 2030'.

Sheeran commented 'I'm really excited to be a part of this exclusive line with H&M and Global Citizen to unite global citizens and get us a step closer to ending extreme poverty!'.
