TV star Carol Vorderman has been appointed to the board of directors of the Challenger Center For Space Science Education, which was created after the Space Shuttle Challenger disaster in 1986.
Vorderman said she's 'thrilled and honoured to have been voted onto the board of this amazing organisation'.
