The British Heart Foundation has announced model Amber Le Bon and fashion vlogger Jim Chapman as the faces of the charity's Tunnel of Love fundraiser, taking place November 11.
The pair have been photographed by fashion photographer Nick Haddow as part of the campaign, and previous faces include Erin O'Connor, Yasmin Le Bon and Daisy Lowe. All proceeds raised from the event will go to the charity's Mending Broken Hearts Appeal.
