Actor Nick Frost, known for his partnership with Simon Pegg and film appearances including Hot Fuzz, The World's End and Shaun Of The Dead, has announced he's to release a memoir, titled Truths, Half Truths and Utter Bullshit, with Hodder & Stoughton.

Described by publisher Hannah Black as 'dark, exhilarating, and movingly honest', the memoir will detail Frost's difficult childhood and later career. Frost said 'If I'm going to tell the story of a life, my life, then I need to tell it warts and all. If the tale is too saccharine sweet then what can the reader take away from it? What do they learn about you? I'm writing everything down'. The book is out October 8.
