TV presenter Mary-Ann Ochota has teamed up with St Mungo's Broadway to support homeless people to rebuild their lives, by taking part in the BUPA London 10,000 race, May 25.
Ochota, who recently visited one of the charity's hostels, commented 'The people at St Mungo's Broadway really do transform lives! We all need to feel safe, supported and valued. If you're living in chaos and danger on the streets, how can you build a life for yourself? Meeting people who have successfully rebuilt their lives, and the people who are still on that journey, was both humbling and inspiring. St Mungo's Broadway offers people a chance to start rebuilding a life with dignity, good health and a sense of value'.
