Lucy Mecklenburgh supports National Deaf Children's Society

01 05 2015

Lucy Mecklenburgh, Gordon Ramsay, Joanna Lumley, Victoria Wood and Gino D'Acampo have shared recipes of their favourite treats for the National Deaf Children's Society's Big Cake Bake campaign, as part of Deaf Awareness Week, May 4-10.

Mecklenburgh, who explains how to make healthy gluten free brownies, commented 'NDCS do so much to help deaf children and their families, I was only too glad to support the Big Cake Bake with my gluten free recipe, whilst also spreading the message that healthy eating can be fun. I hope that all budding bakers out there will get involved, start planning their cake bakes and raise as much as possible to make life better for deaf children and young people'.
