Head chef at London's Polpetto restaurant and author Florence Knight has been named The Sunday Times cook, and is to contribute 'inspirational and simple to prepare and serve' recipes and ideas every week.
Knight, who takes over from Gizzi Erskine, joins a line up including Jamie Oliver, with her first dishes appearing in The Dish, the cookery section of The Sunday Times Magazine, May 17. She commented 'I feel very privileged to be working with The Sunday Times. Food is my life, and I'm really looking forward to sharing my recipes which are grounded in simplicity and a love of the very best seasonal, home-grown ingredients'.
