Jonny Labey might have only graduated from the Bird College of Dance, Music and Theatre Performance in Kent last year, but he's already making himself known in the acting world.

The 22 year old from Jersey, who's landed parts in theatre productions including Sweet Charity at the Studio House Theatre in Sidcup, Kent and In The Heights at Southwark Playhouse in London last year, has also starred in Soft Lad, a film about a young man who embarks on a journey of self-discovery when he falls in love with another man. But now the talented newcomer's career is really set to take off after landing a role in BBC soap EastEnders in April 2015. Labey will play the part of Paul Coker, the grandson of undertaker Les and flower stall holder Pam, and is set to make his first appearance in June. With Labey becoming a regular face in Albert Square, the future looks bright for this rising star.
