Described as the 'poster child for the first generation of real Grime kids' by DJ Logan Sama, Novelist, real name Kojo Kankam, is making the British music industry stand up and take notice.

The 18 year old was nominated for Best Grime Artist at the 2014 MOBO awards, with his music played on BBC1Xtra and Rinse FM and on the longlist for the BBC's Sound of 2015 over the past six months. Signed to well-respected record label XL Recordings, the teen from Lewisham has gained praise from the likes of MistaJam and Jamie XX, releasing his first collaborative EP in January 2015 with critically acclaimed producer Mumdance. He's now set to hit the 2015 summer festival circuit performing at Parklife, Born & Bred, Blissfields and Lovebox.
