RADA trained Brit Adam Nagaitis first came to our attention in 2014's The Inbetweeners 2, but is set for bigger things in 2015 when he appears in Jimmy McGovern's highly anticipated seven part serial Banished, about Britain's penal colony in eighteenth century Australia.

Part of an ensemble cast that includes Myanna Buring, Russell Tovey, Julian Rhind-Tutt, the BBC Two epic will bring Nagaitis to the global stage when it's aired in Australia and New Zealand. Having already impressed as Brett in BBC series Happy Valley, this year will also see him in ITV police drama Code of A Killer. The young actor was awarded the BBC's Carleton Hobbs Bursary for promising new talent and counts Suffragette, Frankenstein and Snow in Paradise as film credits.
