Australian Devon Terrell might be new to the acting game, but he's already standing out from the crowd.

After moving to Perth at a young age, he applied to the National Institute for Dramatic Art (NIDA), graduating in 2013. Despite having no screen credits to his name Devon was specially chosen by Oscar winning director Steve McQueen to take the lead role in his new HBO drama pilot Codes Of Conduct, which is described as a provocative exploration of a young black man's experience entering New York high society, a role which is expected to open doors for the talented newcomer.
