Frankie Bridge has teamed up with Save the Children for its Christmas Jumper Day campaign to encourage people to wear their Christmas jumper on December 12 and donate £2 to the charity, which will go towards helping some of the most vulnerable children in the world.

Bridge is joined by other celebrities including Myleene Klass, Isla Fisher, Fearne Cotton and Mark Wright, who've all posed for photographs in their 'festive woollies' to mark their support for the campaign.
