British Ghanaian musician Mista Silva has been steadily making a name for himself since he burst onto the music scene in 2012 with his debut hit song Boom Boom Tah.

The south Londoner (real name Papa Kwame Amponsa) recently inked a record deal with Polydor but prior to that was the first unsigned UK Afrobeats artist to have his music playlisted by BBC 1Xtra and has also had his tunes played on national radio stations such as Capital Xtra and Kiss FM. Silva, who has modelled for fashion brand Ashish, premiered the music video for his new single Green Light in autumn 2014 and was described by BBC DJ Twin B as 'one to watch'.
