The Prettiots - a term meaning pretty idiot - are a NYC all girl band, fronted by Kay Kasparhauser with Rachel Trachtenburg and Lulu Prat completing the line-up.

With records featuring ukuleles, their most popular single to date is Boys (I Dated In High School) which has an addictive beat that draws parallels with Daniel Johnston. The epitome of cool, drummer Trachtenburg has modelled on the side and is an activist who once penned a speech to former Mayor of New York City, Michael Bloomberg. The band have already worked with Richard Kern, who shot their first music video, and have featured in Wonderland Magazine. Previously limited to performing in New York, they're now set to take their music further afield with a string of shows in LA scheduled.
