Anne Robinson has been announced as celebrity patron of the Cornwall Animal Hospital, with the TV presenter recently helping to open two new operating theatres at Redruth in Cornwall.

The charity offers discounted treatment to animals whose owners are on low incomes or benefits and following the £80k refurbishment, the veterinary hospital now includes a new laboratory, equipment and laundry services.
