YouTube star Zoe Sugg, also known as Zoella, has been announced as digital ambassador for Mind, launching the mental health charity's #DontPanicButton initiative which aims to raise awareness of anxiety and panic attacks young people suffer from.

Along with beauty, fashion and lifestyle, Sugg also shares her experiences of anxiety and panic attacks to over six million subscribers on YouTube, and is encouraging people to wear a red button to show their support. She said 'I am passionate about the need for everyone to feel OK to speak out, to talk to friends and family about what they’re going through, to ask for help'.
