TOWIE star James Lock has posed naked for the November issue of Cosmopolitan in aid of Cancer Research UK.

Lock, who's hoping to raise awareness of male cancer, said 'Cancer Research is close to my heart because my grandad died of cancer; sadly it affects everyone in some way.
