French born German actress Julie Engelbrecht is well known to audiences in her home country for roles in German-language films such as Berlin '36, Die Mamba and Frei, however she's now set to gain an international reputation after being cast in big budget production The Last Witch Hunter.

Due to start filming in September 2014, Engelbrecht was picked to play the villainous role of The Witch Queen following a global search and will now star alongside Michael Caine, Vin Diesel, Elijah Wood and Game of Thrones's Rose Leslie.
