Rising American singer/songwriter and actress Pia Mia hails from the island of Guam (a US territory), and is slowly making a name for herself in the music business, helped by her close friendship with Kendall and Kylie Jenner and subsequent appearances in Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Mia's career started on YouTube, before an introduction to Chris Brown's manager Bu Thiam in 2013 led to her signing a $1.3m multi album record deal with Interscope Records in early 2014. Mia's song Fight For You, which features Chance the Rapper, featured on the soundtrack for sci-fi film Divergent, and her currently untitled debut album is due for release this summer.
