British food writer and critic Matthew Fort has been appointed the first ever food curator at St Pancras International in London.

The new position will see the Great British Menu judge work with St Pancras International's owners HS1 to continue expanding the high quality food and drink at the station. Fort said 'I'm excited to start working with the retailers to showcase the amazing food that is available at commuters' fingertips whether it's a panini for a trip to Paris or a cupcake for the journey home to Corby'.
