David Emanuel, best known for being one of the creators of Princess Diana's wedding dress alongside his former wife Elizabeth Emanuel, has appointed Claire Mulvey PR to handle his press and publicity.
Emanuel, who's also represented by Seamus Lyte, is more recently known for coming second in I'm A Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here! in 2013 and designing for women's clothing chain Bonmarché.
