Soul singer Jaki Graham has announced her support for the British Heart Foundation after her husband Tony, who suffers from heart rhythm disorder atrial fibrillation, had heart bypass surgery in March.

Graham said 'There are 2.3 million people in the UK like my husband, and they've all got families like mine who have to fight heart disease every day. I'm delighted to be working with the BHF and helping to raise awareness of its support and life-saving research'.
