Model and mother of two Elen Rivas has teamed up with PETA to appear in an ad to celebrate National Vegetarian Week.

Rivas, who's seen lounging on a fruit and veg stand covered by grapes and a pair of melons, said 'Going vegetarian was one of the best decisions my girls and I have made. It's had a positive impact on us on so many different levels. It's healthier, we feel much more alive and we have so much fun cooking delicious meat-free meals!'.
