Lily Allen, Alesha Dixon, Chris Martin, Amanda Holden, Sam Bailey, Paul O'Grady and Hugh Dennis are among celebrities who've teamed up with the Alzheimer's Society and Public Health England to star in a new video for the Dementia Friends campaign.

The initiative aims to raise awareness and understanding of dementia, and encourage support of people suffering from the disease and those who look after them.
