Emmy and Golden Globe-winning Australian actress Toni Collette has been announced as ambassador for Concern Worldwide.

Collette, who'll work with the charity's programmes to raise awareness of those living in extreme poverty, emergencies and areas of conflict, commented 'I am deeply honoured to join Concern as their first global ambassador. I know I am becoming part of a global team of men and women committed to transforming care and empathy'.
