Newcomer Levi Miller is about to take centre stage in a big way as he plays Peter Pan in a forthcoming film based on the classic book by J.

M. Barrie. The young actor, best known previously for his appearance in the sci-fi series Terra Nova, was selected by director Joe Wright following an extensive casting call of 10-12 year olds in the UK and will now feature in the big budget flick, due to go into production April 2014, alongside Hugh Jackman and Rooney Mara. An origins version of the story, the plot of the film depicts Pan as he's kidnapped by pirates in WWII Britain and brought to Neverland, where he discovers he's destined to save the land from the pirate Blackbeard.
