Romanian actor Sebastian Stan has joined ICM Partners, where he'll be represented by Carter Cohn.
Stan, who's appeared on stage in the Broadway revival of Picnic and as Carter Baizen on TV show Gossip Girl, is set to play the villain in this year's Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
