Beyoncé Knowles lends voice to Chime For Change app

07 03 2014

Gucci's women's empowerment campaign Chime For Change has launched a new app featuring the voice of co-founder Beyoncé Knowles.

The free app, available in English, Italian, French and Spanish, enables supporters to lend their voices by issuing #CHIMEIN messages to raise awareness for projects which support girls and women through education, health and justice. Knowles, who created a signature bell sound for the app, lending her vocals from Pretty Hurts, said 'I am honoured to be a part of the continuing work of Chime For Change on behalf of women and girls around the world, and especially at this time to mark International Women's Day'.
