Amazing Spider-Man 2 actor Jamie Foxx has teamed up with co-stars Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone to support WWF's Earth Hour programme Earth Hour Blue and its new crowdfunding project, Light Up A Village.

The project provides solar lights and energy efficient mud stoves to families in an area of Uganda known as 'Earth Hour Forest', aiming to help empower locals to protect the area themselves. Foxx said 'Earth Hour isn't just about lights off – it's about people across the world coming together throughout the year to join forces to improve the planet. If you haven't yet, you need to get involved. Never underestimate your power. Never underestimate what you can do'.
