Amy Marren, the youngest member of Team GB's Paralympic squad, has become an ambassador for Greenhouse Charity, a sports charity for children aged eight to 18 with special educational needs.
Amy, now 15, was born without a right hand and won four gold and two silver medals at last month's IPC Swimming World Championships in Montreal, before being named Sky Disability Sports Person of the Year. Amy said 'Across [Greenhouse's] programme in clubs, mainstream and special educational needs schools the coaches use the power of sport to help young people in their lives, helping them to be more confident'.
