Model and writer Sophie Dahl has signed to Liz Matthews PR, who will handle all her press and publicity.

She joins a roster including Alexa Chung, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Julia Restoin-Roitfeld. Dahl, who's married to musician Jamie Cullum, is known for appearing in campaigns for labels such as Versace and Alexander McQueen, and has more recently focused on her interest in food, publishing books Miss Dahl's Voluptuous Delights and From Season To Season, and appearing in TV series The Delicious Miss Dahl.
